A focused, 4-week group coaching experience
Two sessions per week, designed to help you:
- Understand why you feel stuck — and what’s actually underneath it
- Reconnect with what you want, not what you’ve been performing
- Begin shifting the patterns and beliefs that have kept you in place
- Start taking aligned action in a way that feels safe and doable
- Build a daily practice that supports real, lasting change
This is not about having it all figured out. It’s about getting honest and taking the next step.
The core elements of the ThriveWorthy process
Across the 4 weeks, we move through:
Safety
You don’t have to blow anything up to build something better. We start by creating a foundation where change feels safe enough to begin.
Truth
We name what’s really going on beneath the surface. The exhaustion is not a productivity problem. It’s often a fit problem.
Identity
You begin to connect with your 2.0 self. Who you are becoming, what you are available for, and what you are no longer available for.
Clarity
You stop waiting for perfect clarity and start trusting the next step. The fog isn’t failure. It’s part of the process, and it often clears as you move.
Action
You begin taking aligned action in small, meaningful ways that build momentum without overwhelm.
Not motivation. Not surface-level mindset work.
A holistic approach that works with your brain and nervous system, so change actually sticks.
You will build a simple but powerful daily practice including:
- Gratitude — including “catching life going right” and giving yourself credit
- Affirmations to begin rewiring subconscious beliefs
- Nervous system regulation to create safety
- Visualization to connect with your future self
This is how you begin to shift not just what you do, but who you are being.
